Blogaversary 3.0
One more year gone by. Today marks the 3rd anniversary of All Dressed Up and we’re back into eventful times. Erica’s had her gall bladder out and another surgery to fix adhesions from that surgery. An order has been placed for another kid and fulfillment is in process. I’ve had my WLS and am having a good time with it. Maddie’s still alive and well (and still if she agrees or not, mostly not these days). This last year saw Erica attend Blogher and have an incredible time to hear her tell. And Erica tried on a new career for size (didn’t fit). The stats this year are 649 posts (from 502) and 5297 comments (from 3782). Another good year babe, thanks and love you.

Happy birthday love. Going to be a great year! Skinny, done with all the medical crap (Right? Right!), going to BlogHer and all the other stuff later in the year, married to Orlando Bloom*. Oh, well, can’t have everything but hopefully I’ll do for another go around ; )

Well, here we are again. Two years to the day of All Dressed Up. This last year wasn’t quite as eventful as the first, but certainly kept this family on its toes none-the-less. We’ve kept a baby, now toddler, alive and mostly happy (if she agrees or not), the same goes for us generally speaking, Erica’s had her weight loss surgery and is seeing unbelievable results (IMHO), Maddie’s started pre-school, Erica’s gone through an I’ve-lost-count number of haircuts, gone to Florida and Disney with a friend, and as usual all the sundry junk that makes up our lives. We’re up to 502 posts (from 239) and 3782 comments (from 1093). Great work Erica, I’m very proud of you and here’s to racking up another terrific year for us, the blog, and your blog buddies!

Surgery went fine today. She’s in a room now and resting comfortably (hopefully). If all goes as planned she should be home tomorrow.

It was one year ago today that the first post was made to this blog (Welcome to Fantasy Island). Since then Erica has been on bed rest, had our child (kept her alive for over 9 months), went back to work, started working from home, made 239 posts, and received 1093 comments, along with all the other sundry trivia that has been our life for the last year.
Please join me in congratulating her on a great year of blogging (and for being a terrific wife and mother).
