Let’s see… I used to work in the corporate world as a professional tool, but I quit that gig once Maddie came along. The mom-as-a-career thing is a pretty crap job, but the perks are fantastic. I bitch and moan about it nonstop, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. My daughter is the prettiest, smartest, most well-mannered child on the face of the planet. Oh, except for your kids, of course. That goes without saying, right?

I don’t have any aspirations about blogging for pay, or writing the Great American Novel. I write here to give my husband a break from my complaining, to entertain and to make friends. If you happen to want to come along for the ride, that’s great. But you’re totally chipping in for gas and beef jerky, k?
