I'm SURE it will continue into the teen years. Why would it change? This reminds me of the time I got a bottle of vodka from an older friend and was sneaking it into my house wrapped in his sweatshirt, and I was trying to be so smooth, I showed my dad the sweatshirt. The sweatshirt was SLOSHING, and since he didn't say anything I assume he was thinking, "GEEBUS, child, could you at least HELP me pretend not to notice??" I love the “announcing sneaky plans” stage.
